Impressed with Jagz Hotel! Although I didn't get to spend the night, the hotel's facilities and overall management were top-notch. The ambiance was welcoming, and the amenities looked great. It's clear the hotel prioritizes guest experience. Would definitely consider staying here in the future.

The hotel is top-notch. However, the water system needs to be worked on because it's nothing to write home due to the free-flow imbalance. We've complained about this severally but the hotel seems helpless. Restaurant was really good in terms of ambience, services and food sumptuousness. Excellent security too. The employees washing cars should improve. Overall rating, 80%.

The experience we had at The Jagz Hotel Ibadan was absolutely unacceptable. After waiting nearly a month just to finalize our booking and paying in full, we arrived only to be told that our rooms had been sold to someone else. No prior notice. No apology. Just a careless “it’s no longer available.” This isn’t just poor service—it’s outright fraud. The management is unprofessional and completely disorganized, with zero regard for customer experience. If you value your time, money, or peace of mind, do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place.
