Good location and services, attentive staff. Food and food services were decent but can improve slightly to be excellent. Good to visit with a group, take the first floor room for a great view, however ground floors are good too. Nice experience. Must have high tea at the lake in the front after Safari.

Pathetic Hotel and Pathetic Service. Water Pump was not working properly due to which no flowing water in bathrooms. Loss of electricity in the middle of night. The manager Rajveer answered that generator is not working well and they had no back up generator. Service was slow and had to be requested so many times until they complied to it. Service should not be rated at all even as 1 star. The manager and staff were rude and very slow in responding to the problems. They have 12 rooms and we booked 6 of them-we were 17 of us but still they were unresponsive. Fresh towels were wet, very slow room service and phones in the room werent working well. Though food was good, service was average in dining hall too. And most importantly- staff had a very bad attitude of answering back when asked to solve a problem. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. IT CHARGES LIKE A 5 -STAR BUT IT IS 1 STAR HOTEL.

Pathetic stay.. U can book this resort if you want to ruin your trip… The staff here is not educated rather the staff seems to be taken from some gang so that they can dominate guest if they complaint or raise their voice against the facilities given.. The only answer they have for all complaints is that we are jungle property but they charge like 5 stars.. This resort is not capable of giving guest house facility even which require basic things like water and electricity.. One of my worst stay till date..
