I had an amazing experience at The Jay Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The atmosphere of the hotel is both elegant and cozy, making it the perfect place to relax. My room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially loved the comfortable bed and the modern bathroom. The location is also excellent – close to shops, restaurants, and public transportation, yet peaceful enough for a quiet night’s sleep. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of fresh options, and the service throughout my stay was consistently excellent. I would definitely recommend The Jay Hotel to anyone looking for a stylish and comfortable place to stay. I’ll definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The staff is incredibly kind, funny and attentive, they truly made us feel welcome. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the beach, the main promenade, the old town, shops and restaurants are plenty around. It is also very convenientl We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel!It’s also conveniently close to the main train station and the tram to the airport. The breakfast was excellent, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel was very pleasant. Highly recommended!

Great stay at Hotel The Jay! The best part of our stay by far was the excellent service and kindness by the staff. In particular we interacted with Alain upon check in and several subsequent times — he was very kind and accommodating, remembering our names whenever we saw him. The only downsides to the place I could report were that the A/C had a tough time keeping up with the heat so our first night was quite hot. In the morning, we asked Alain about it and he explained that it was because it’s been much hotter than usual this month. He quickly procured a fan for us and this made a huge difference for our second night! Besides that, the room was quirky but very nice and comfortable; the location was excellent— near the beach and restaurants but also quiet and protected. We had our own balcony where we could drink our coffee (provided). Also loved the refillable water stations! Overall, highly recommend this place for anyone who wants a budget option with amazing customer service!! PS - for nearby lunch/dinner recs, go to Peixes. You won’t regret it.
