The Location of this hotel is excellent. Walking distance to M block market. The rooms are very comfortable with excellent Air conditioning. Food is good with a nice spread for breakfast. Staff are very courteous. Good value for money.

Foods provided us on my stay at this hotel NUO Delhi is very delicious and healthy. Mr. Pankaj chef cooked food which was delicious. I liked foods very much. Service provided at food corner at this hotel is extremely good.Specially good behaviour shown by Mr. Manoj with smile face will remind me this hotel.. always Room No. 2003 Santosh Ram from Hyderabad.

Had a very bad experience after long time. While check-in i was informed about breakfast part of my package. Next morning while i was serving food, i was told that its chargeable. After informing about my package, the person checked with reception and said its not part of my package. I went up checking with front office to reconfirm and was informed same, but he raised doudt it might be mistake of online vendor. But didnot make any efforts to check for it. I have shown my booking reciept that shows that breakfast is part of it. And finally ended up calling customer care who has shared my voucher again with reception staff. Then comes a small apology of one word. Intent to resolve issue was not found with staff. Their breakfast options were not good enough. And i never understood why are they worried as if that breakfast would cost someone 1000/- or above and they have problem if a person staying 2 days is having it for free. Its not even worth 200/-.
