Had a lovely couple of nights here. Rooms were comfortable, clean and tidy much bigger than they look on outside. Food was lovely, great choice of drinks and the staff were so friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here. So easy to get to Cambridge too by train so added bonus. Only thing that could do with a tidy up and refresh is the beer garden. Plants need sorting and a lick of paint on tables. But would go again. Thanks for a lovely time
Beautiful pub with a long heritage worth exploring. Definitely worth a visit just for the ambiance. Staff are friendly and you can’t help but feel charmed by the thatched roof and beams
Have just stayed here for two nights, absolutely lovely rustic country pub. Rooms good with everything you need. Very quiet at night, which is good. Was made to feel very welcome by Ian, even though we arrived a little late for food on the first night they went out their way to ensure we got a meal. Well done to Andrew the chef, could not fault your meals, absolutely lovely and good portion sizes. Nice outdoor garden area. Will definitely stay again when back in the area.
