The Julius Prague

I am speechless. Hands down one of the best, if not the best hotel in Europe. You have to experience this for yourself to understand why the reviews are invariably glowing. The level of service at the hotel is first class from start to finish. Every employee greets you and smiles, no matter what you are doing. As a guest, you feel genuinely welcome and, above all, safe. There is also a clear focus on cleanliness, and the speed and quality of room service is of an exceptionally high standard. Through the phone app, you can order almost anything you want for your room, something you can only dream of at a regular hotel. I cannot praise the breakfast too highly. But I can promise you won't leave hungry. The rooms are very nice and modern. We stayed in a room with a private roof terrace overlooking the courtyard, and in the evenings we were able to enjoy the stunning sunsets with our party. This was our first time in Prague, but the hotel experience sealed our decision to return again, hopefully as soon as possible.

The rooms were beautiful – spacious, tastefully decorated, and very comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to suit every member of the family. From fresh pastries to warm dishes, there was something for everyone. The breakfast staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a smile and ensuring we had everything we needed. Overall, the service throughout the hotel was simply outstanding. The restaurant staff were professional, courteous, and made us feel very welcome every evening. We would especially like to highlight Anastasia, who served us on several occasions. She was kind, friendly, had a great sense of humor, and truly went above and beyond to make our dinners enjoyable. It's rare to come across a team so dedicated to making guests feel at home. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made our stay memorable. Thank You!

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. Lopes, the night bartender, made me feel like I was coming home after a long day. He somehow knew exactly which drink and evening snack to suggest, adding the perfect finishing touch to an already exceptional stay. My room was comfortable and well-equipped with everything I needed, and the gym was a great bonus. I will definitely be returning.
