The Jung Hotel and Residences

We had an excellent stay at The Jung Hotel and Residences! The hotel was clean, stylish, and welcoming. Our room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond—especially when helping us with a last-minute date change to our reservation. We also really appreciated having The Daily Grind coffee shop located right inside the hotel—super convenient for a quick morning pick-me-up. While we didn’t get a chance to try the restaurant or bar, the amenities looked great. There’s a parking lot right next to the hotel that charges $30 for nearly 12 hours, and valet parking is available for $50. The location was perfect—just a short walk or drive to Bourbon Street. If you’re exploring the area at night, just stay alert like you would in any city. Spacious, comfortable, and convenient—would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at The Jung Hotel! The hotel is beautiful, clean, and located right in the heart of New Orleans. The rooms were spacious, modern, and very comfortable. Staff was friendly and professional, and check-in was smooth and easy. I really appreciated the quiet atmosphere despite being so close to the action on Canal Street. Great value for the quality of service and amenities. The only problem I have with the service is that they don’t have car park, you have to pay to get your car park. The truth is we miss a hour before we get there our car was booked and clapped. We paid extra fee. So I really don’t think I can stay here again. A big hotel without a car park.

Really enjoyed our stay at the Jung hotel. It’s spacious enough to share and we had great lighting from the street. A few cons that took stars away. During our stay we did not receive room service, they only come on the second day, and we had to request more towels. The hot water situation was new to me but it wasn’t The staff was not very friendly during check in and often seemed frustrated about our ask for more towels
