Wonderful oasis of calm in super busy Ubud. You would forget that your are in a busy district. We could walk everywhere or catch scooters etc for further away. The staff were brilliant giving a large hotel a very personal feel. The staff also went out of their way to try to find a missing intern. We were very grateful for this. Definitely worth the 5 stars.
This hotel was superb! Room cleanliness was great and was great to have complimentary drinks and water, the breakfast was great food and really sorted me out for the day, did a half day trip with Arjawa and he was very nice and put in a lot of effort with us showing us around the different places in Bali especially the holy water spring temples. Would 100% recommend people to stay here and I would definitely come back
If you are looking for one of the quieter parts of Ubud to stay in, this may not be the right option. The location is more suited for those who want walking access to the Monkey forest temple, cafe and restaurants and easy connectivity to Ubud Palace and Market. The mini rice field in the resort was a nice touch. Our stay was good - food with the nearby restaurants was a big plus. Pool was nice. Had a good spa treatment as well. The staff was good and we got some lovely breakfast boxes for our early morning tours. All in all, a good experience.
