Such an amazing hotel. It’s very cozy super clean and modern and the staff are super friendly. Amazing with my kids. Every comment was attended to immediately. My kids really didn’t want to leave. I loved the decor and the vibes. Zeina, khaled and gamal were super supportive and the whole restaurant team including Mohamed were beyond amazing. Would love to come back.

Amazing Stay Wonderful Staff & Great Atmosphere. I stayed at The Kaktus Hotel for two nights and absolutely loved it. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The whole hotel has a fresh, cozy vibe and is perfect for relaxing. Special thanks to Supervisor Khaled, Mina, and Atef they were incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. They truly made my stay feel special. Great location, good facilities, and amazing service. I’ll definitely come back again.

Disappointing Stay – Not Ready for Guests I would strongly advise against booking this hotel at the moment. It is still clearly under construction and simply not ready to host guests. From the moment we arrived, things went downhill. Housekeeping completely ignored our "Please clean the room" sign for the entire day. We had to repeatedly ask for basic maintenance—there were serious issues with the water heater and the bathroom plumbing. Despite multiple requests, nothing was ever fixed. When we complained, the only solution offered was to move to another room. We were already exhausted, but the condition of the first room was unbearable, so we had no choice but to accept the change. The second room was slightly better, but the whole ordeal was unacceptable for a place that claims to offer a premium experience. To make matters worse, the location is extremely remote. There’s absolutely nothing nearby, making it inconvenient for anyone looking for access to restaurants, shops, or even basic services in Somabay. This hotel feels like a construction site masquerading as a resort. Don’t waste your money or your vacation time here.
