We had a lovely stay at The Kanjeng Resort Ubud. We stayed the suite room and were very happy with how spacious and clean it was. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was well-maintained, and everything felt fresh. The surroundings were peaceful and green, which really added to the relaxing atmosphere. It’s a great place to unwind and enjoy the Ubud vibes. The staff were also friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Definitely recommended if you’re looking for a quiet and comfortable getaway in Ubud! Thank you The Kanjeng Resort Team❤️
Loved the room and services, young boys take care of the complete hotel and they were very friendly and helping. Just don’t like the fact that it had no super markets or food options around. Also breakfast is fixed menu and you need to tell the boys by WhatsApp previous night as to which option you want.
The breakfast is pretty terrible and hard to order. Anyone who doesn't speak Indonesian will have a very hard time communicating with staff, very vague about prices for motorbikes. Most employees were new and were of little assistance when needed. They didn't even have a spare room key to service the room while you are out and about. The rooms were alright but overall experience for the price was well below expectations
