First off, I have to say that Christian R was the best concierge we've ever had at any hotel we've stayed at — absolutely flawless service from start to finish. He truly went above and beyond to make our stay great, and we couldn't be more thankful! The park was fantastic, and the kids had an amazing time. The pool was clean, fun, and super exciting — definitely a highlight of the trip. Ryan was also amazing and made sure everything ran smoothly. Even though this place is a bit of a drive from Pennsylvania, it is completely worth the trip. The rooms are big, clean, and comfortable. Everyone we encountered was friendly and welcoming. We had such a great experience and will absolutely be coming back!
Had an awesome time with the family. The water park had things to do for kids of all ages. Different restaurants and bars. The arcade area had many different games and activities for everyone. The hotel room was clean and tidy and spacious. Enough space for 5 without feeling crowded. Fridge and microwave were nice to have for leftovers. Wish breakfast was included, the price is a bit much for the breakfast buffet when you have 5. Luckily other spots are nearby for a fraction of the price. Overall everyone had a good time.
We had a great time last weekend and can't wait to go back! We came in Friday morning and Christian R at the front desk was able to get us checked in right away!!! He explained the lay of the land and gave us our water park bands and we were on our way! We had a two bedroom suite and it was nice and spacious. There's a microwave, Keurig coffee machine and a mini fridge in the room. The waterpark was a very manageable size and the rides were perfect for our school age kids (5-8 yr). They also had the flow rider (surfing) included in the water park whereas it's a extra charge in other places. Our favorites were the lazy river and the bucket. The outdoor courtyard was beautiful at night time surrounded by lights and fire pits to roast marshmallows. There's activities all day but we didn't get a chance to participate in them. Although there were lots of restaurants a lot of them have very limited hours. There was a long wait on Friday evening for food so we did a short drive up the road to resorts world casino and ate there instead. Cellphone coverage is very spotty in this area so definitely download the offline maps just in case if you need your GPS. There's free wi-fi throughout the resort.
