The Kefalari Suites

The rooms are clean, and breakfast is served in the room. The location is excellent, as all key spots are within walking distance. It’s very peaceful and quiet. We were 7 people and stayed in 3 different rooms. The young lady at the reception (apologies, I don’t remember her name) was very polite, empathetic, and flexible. Thank you for the great service!

Very nice location for a business trip. The region is a bit expensive but there are many good restaurants nearby. The hotel is a bit old to be honest but the rooms of suits are big enough and comfortable. The cleaning is not that bad except the stains on the carpets which is very disturbing. No inside area for a breakfast, we received the breakfast in our rooms and it can be improved. The personnel were quite warm and helpful, would like to thank them for their hospitality.

unfortunately, my experience did not meet my expectations given the price we paid. Upon arrival, we were asked for a credit card to hold. However, this was not mentioned during our booking on Booking.com, which felt misleading. The receptionist was quite rude, stating they needed to take our credit card in case we liked the bed and mattress enough to take it away. Her tone was impolite and not what one would expect from customer service. When I entered the room, I was dismayed to find the carpet was heavily stained, making it uncomfortable to walk barefoot. Additionally, the sofa and chair in the sitting area were in poor condition and completely broken. This raised concerns about the overall maintenance and hospitality standards. The bed was also quite short for my height (175 cm), which made for an uncomfortable night’s sleep. Moreover, the elevator felt outdated and unsafe, adding to my unease during the stay. On a positive note, the breakfast was enjoyable and a nice way to start the day. However, the overall unpleasant experience.
