We stayed at The Kenbury on our first trip to the Isle of Wight with our two children. The family room is very spacious and perfect for a family (2 linked rooms). The hotel has an EV charger and we were able to charge our car overnight in the car park (very convenient). The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good, with a variety of uncooked/cooked options. The only negative point is that sometimes it took a long time to get the cooked breakfast (approx. 30-45 mins) which could be an inconvenience if some people don't plan to eat/drink anything else and just need to wait for that.
This was our second stay and we were not disappointed. The welcome was as warm, the room was reasonable, with a comfy bed, and the breakfast is just great. There is a lot of choice on the menu. The only potential downside is its distance from the main part of Shanklin, where the pubs and restaurants tend to be. We walked it in about 20 minutes but it could mean a drive plus a parking fee for less mobile people.
Fantastic little B&B, the staff are great. Very friendly atmosphere, rooms are all you need and very clean and tidy. Good breakfast, hot and cold choices. Parking a little restricted but you can also park on the road outside. Would definitely recommend and chose again.
