We had a very positive experience at The Kenmore Club. Initially, we had booked a one-night stay, but after arriving and enjoying the stay, we decided to extend our stay by an additional night due to the excellent experience. The accommodation was comfortable, the service was outstanding, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. We found the pricing to be quite reasonable, especially when compared to other similar places in the area. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend The Kenmore club to others.
We just stopped here thinking we would have some lunch, but just had a drink instead as no one really fancied what was on the menu the usual sandwich’s soup burgers, lovely shop on site with a deli wasn’t dog friendly so I waited outside while others had a look, quite expensive inside but that was expected.
The service is very poor, worst in terms of cleaning. The hotel charged the full security deposite 6 hours after checkout for the purpose of cleaning. Cleanining is the hotel's responsibility so simply this is a clear abuse of the security deposit.
