very clean and tidy excellent views and every we needed was intended room. Will definitely be booking again

We stayed just for one night. We honestly , could have stayed longer. Lovely large room, very comfortable. Well equipped, with tea and coffee facilities. Nice ensuite. Beautiful views across North Bay Scarborough.

If you read my reviews then you know i simply tell it as it is with no holds barred, good or bad.....This was described as a 4 star hotel and nothing could be further from the truth. The only thing 4 star was the toilet rolls. The room itself was very dated, bedside wall lights were very loose, wallpaper was old, ceiling needs severe attention. The water cups were the white plastic ones from a vending machine. The room was cold and very small, I have stayed in bigger spare rooms. The only upside was the lovely welcome from the girl who gave us our room key. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone, I understand that you get what you pay for but I was still left thinking I had been severely overcharged. Whatadr it worse was I was told this is the 1st weekend of opening which means they had had all winter to sort these issues out
