Lovely stay here recently. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room pretty and comfortable with all facilities needed. Lounge areas have nice decor and are very relaxing. Food was delicious. Good coffee. Plenty of parking. Quiet and relaxing. Dog friendly too. Gardens pretty with several seating areas and a nice pagoda. Definitely recommend.
Only had a drink and coffee, also a piece of strawberry cheesecake. Staff seemed pleasant.BUT the service on the cake took so slow I had nearly finished my coffee. I will say it was lovely however the service needs to be improved.
Whilst our food was really nice and the staff were very pleasant, the service was quite slow and a little haphazard. We were offered water for the table which was a nice touch as it was quite a warm evening, but after we received our meal that seemed to be the end of contact, we finally asked for the dessert menu and the waitress then arrived with the bill so we asked again, having looked at the menu and hearing other guests have to repeatedly ask for their drinks/an extra plate or condiments we decided to pay and leave.
