The Kings Arms Otterton

We popped in on a Monday lunchtime as a party of 13 without a booking, which probably gave the staff a bit of a shock! Our meals still arrived in good time and were all really tasty - everyone left feeling full and happy! I recommend the fish pie - really excellent. The pub also has a great selection of beers on tap which is perfect after enjoying one of the many walks in the area.

Booked here a few months in advance as on holiday for our anniversary and wanted to have a nice Sunday it lunch somewhere nearby. I have to say the service was fantastic, and it was a lovely unexpected touch to have happy anniversary on the board! The food outstanding. Three of us had the roast and one had fish & chips. We all agreed it was one of the best roasts we have ever had and my husband said it was the best fish and chips he had eaten, the batter was perfect and crispy Thank you to Michelle for lovely friendly service and the all the team serving. We will definitely be back when we return on holiday and would recommend to all!

What a nice pub! Very short notice booking due to catastrophic tent failure. They could not have been more helpful. Really nice, clean rooms with everything you could need and did I mention how nice and helpful they are? Dinner was excellent, way above local pub standard. And I enjoyed a really nice cider to top it all off. Lovely village with easy dog walk access. Thank you!
