We had a great experience at the Kings Head Hotel. The staff were very friendly, particularly George and Subash who went above and beyond to help us during our stay! Comfortable beds, great breakfast and a perfect location to see Abergavenny!
Comfortable and attractive room, however the hotel needs to see to the plumbing. A loud whining in the pipes kept me awake most of the night, only stopped, weirdly, by flushing the loo, then it would start again.
Didn't stay here, but went to one of the booths outside, the owners left a poor girl to run both the hotel and the regency, she was rushed off her feet no help at all. Waited 35 minutes for 3 cappachino and 1 hot chocolate, the owners helped once we complained, avoid avoid avoid, plenty of other nice places to go.
