Clean & convenient hotel who got us out of a pickle when our flight was cancelled. The most helpful and lovely hotel staff ever! Will be trying to stay here every time I’m in Brisbane! Food at the cafe is wonderful as well
We had a few problems with the room. The ladies at the front desk were very apologetic and did all they could to fix the issues. Finally, moving us to a different room so they could fix the issues. They provided the highest service I have ever encountered. They made me feel like family!! I wish all employees made me feel this good. Owner...take care of the ladies at the front desk they deserve a raise. Highest praises to them!!!
Overnight stay before heading to the airport a short distance away. Very clean, fresh with cafe/ bar on site. Breakfast was prepared in timely and friendly manner and the eggs Benedict was delicious
