Stayed here on Easter weekend 2025. We came from Canada to do some shopping. Room was a little smaller than we were expecting but that’s no big deal. We didn’t stay in the room much anyways. Room was clean, bed was comfy. The bathroom was pretty small as well but had a nice big counter for all our stuff. The TV was not a smart TV so no Netflix or any streaming services unless you brought a fire stick. Our AC unit did leak when we had it at 68° but we had bought red solo cups and just put those on the floor to catch the drips instead of calling the front desk and having to change rooms and what not. Once we put it up to 70° it didn’t leak. The location of this hotel was good. The room was between the stairs and the elevator so we did have quite a bit of noise from the elevator but that didn’t bother us at all. The parking lot definitely has seen better days but not a big deal and had zero effect on our stay. We weren’t really sure where everything we needed or wanted to go to would be but we were never more than 20 minutes away from anywhere. The gym facility looked nice although we didn’t actually use it. The pool is quite small but again we didn’t use the pool. Overall the hotel was nice and we would stay here again!

First - the service from the front desk that Jalen attempted to give is top notch. He did what he could including moving me rooms. The issue here is the air conditioning. No matter what you set the air on 60,65,70,75 it does not keep up. Upon inquiring I was consistently given the “engineering is aware and working on it issue. Plain and simple they either don’t have enough power to keep the rooms cool, especially on the third floor where my issues started. OR their hotel AC governing / control system is set to keep the rooms warmer. My original room would not go below 78. They did move me down to a room on the lower level in the corner and it would stay around 70-71 but also wouldn’t go lower. This room was better but only because it was not on the 3rd floor. The beds are fine. The showers are fine. The hotel is clean and has nice service and restaurants. The air is a clear persisting issue.

When we arrived we had to walk forever to get to our room in the basement! Since when do hotels have basements???Our window opened up to an indoor pool, underground with a table in front of the window. No privacy, so no drapes could be opened. My 98 year old mother could not make it to the room with her walker because the room was so far away. We made the reservation for a handicapped accessible shower. Nope, never got one. It was a complete nightmare. No one at the desk cared. The hotel was full. We were there for a wedding and no matter what we had asked for, it was horrible. This was planned around caring for a 98 year old woman and they ignored everything we asked for. Do NOT ever go to this hotel. You may end up staying in the basement, waking up to kids yelling in the pool (the window is not sound-proof). I opened the drape at 8am and found 3 people sitting at a table, an inch from our window! Do not stay at this hotel. It is the worst experience I have ever had.
