I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights with a friend, and we both were extremely happy and satisfied with everything. The food is delicious, seriously, the breakfast 10/10, the fried rice super tasty, all the food was very rich and fresh. Every time we could and were free, we went to the Spa to relax with some great massages, we enjoyed it a lot. The room was very comfortable, clean, and every day they cleaned the room and everything was perfect. All the hotel staff were very kind, the service was perfect. My friend and I would return to this hotel, we felt very comfortable and happy, and not to mention the location, very good location, close to the sea and very good restaurants and bars. 100% recommended, thank you very much to everyone who is part of Hotel Kirana.”
I stayed at The Kirana Canggu from 8th to 10th June and was thoroughly impressed. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the area, and communication with the team was seamless throughout. The staff were consistently courteous, professional, and attentive—special mention to Cita and Ena at the front desk, who was exceptionally helpful. Although I did not get a chance to swim, the pool area appeared well-maintained and inviting. Overall, a delightful and well-managed property that I would highly recommend.
1. Upon our arrival, there was no one to greet us. It was only when we were carrying our luggage into the lobby that a few staff members came out to assist us. 2. In our room, the air conditioning unit was dripping water, and we also found few small black insects around the room, including on the bed. 3. When we went to have breakfast in the morning, no one proactively served us. We had to ask a staff member for the menu. 4. We noticed that breakfast was ready, but it was left unattended for a while with no one bringing it to us, even though other staff members were available. 5. During check-out, once again, there was no proactive greeting. It was only when they saw us struggling with our larger luggage that someone came to help. 6. Staff members were lying down and sleeping on the sofa next to the elevator in the lobby directly. Is there no designated break room for them?
