The Knoll Hotel Napa Valley Tapestry by Hilton

We had our sales meeting there last week and everything was great! The staff was amazing and made our meeting a great success! Special thanks to Sheri and her team for taking such great care of us. Kristin and Andres for setting up the perfect space and delicious food! Special thanks to Jesse for great service at the bar for the duration of our stay! The entire staff was so attentive and supportive to all our needs and the space was perfect!

Quick 1-2 min drive to downtown napa(riverwalk area). I wouldn't walk to it. Some of the bad reviews had me weary to book but so happy we did. We have a slightly upgraded room with living room area on one side and TV on the other side. Super clean, extra blankets when I got cold, great wifi, microwave in hallway, water and ice were on our floor just a few feet away. Couch and bed were great. I wanted to leave a review because it was fantastic. Service was fantastic and it is way better than the crap we usually stay at for slightly lower prices. Oh, bathroom was awesome. Highly recommend to anyone! One thing for those that work at this hotel...the tvs in the room are the same with the same signal so my wife and I were constantly changing each other's TV. Also, I would have appreciated having YouTube Tv as an option.

An easy in/out location in Napa with lots of shopping and fast casual restaurants nearby. Nice furnishings that are cozy and modern. Staff are friendly and helpful. Celebrating a special occasion and I found a nice card and bottle of sparkling in my room at checkin. Minus one star as plunge pool is closed for maintenance. Otherwise a great location a mile from downtown Napa.
