The hotel is conveniently situated at walking distance to the malls in Bukit Bintang. The service was excellent during our stay. The concierge and receptionist were very welcoming and helpful. Our requests were all met even though it was a last minute booking. The bed was very comfortable and the cleanliness was up to standard, although like all hotels, do not look too closely in corners. Complimentary water and packet drinks were provided in the room which were replenished daily. Breakfast was good with enough variety. Complimentary tea time refreshments and dessert were provided at night. Some improvements can be made to the pool area to keep up with the wonderful experience that we had in the other parts of the hotel. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will certainly return to The Kuala Lumpur Journal hotel.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an amazing stay at The Kuala Lumpur Journal Hotel! 🏨✨ The location is perfect — just a short walk to Bukit Bintang and many great cafes and restaurants. The rooms are clean, stylish, and very comfortable. The rooftop pool and bar offer stunning city views, especially at sunset 🌇. A special thanks to Sin Ling, the Front Office Manager, and Afif at the reception for their warm welcome, professionalism, and outstanding service — they truly made my stay even more memorable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur!

Stayed for 3 days and 2 nights for a government department event at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The service, rooms, food, gallery hall, and facilities were all very satisfying. The location is strategic and lively – perfect for both work and leisure. Special thanks to Mr. Azlan (Sales Manager) for successfully capturing the attention of our department and helping us bring the event to this hotel. He was an excellent PR person – well done and congratulations!
