The Kumbha Residency A Luxury Resort and Spa

We recently stayed at Trulyy The Kumbha Residency, and while the ambiance and surrounding views were pleasant, the overall experience didn’t quite match the expectations set by the online photos. The resort's presentation feels more luxurious in pictures than in reality. Maintenance is an area where the resort clearly falls short. There were frequent electricity outages during our stay, which was quite inconvenient. On one occasion, there was no water supply in the rooms, forcing us to manually fill buckets to bathe—definitely not something you'd expect from a “luxury” resort. With better upkeep and a more reliable infrastructure, this place has potential. But as of now, it needs significant improvements to deliver on its promises.

Dear sir, I recently stayed at your hotel resort on 16-19 Aug. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing for the following reasons: 1. The room had a persistent unpleasant odor, which made my stay uncomfortable. 2. During a medical emergency at night, I requested assistance from the reception. To my shock, no one was able to provide information about a nearby doctor or hospital, which is a basic necessity for guest safety. Both issues reflect poorly on the standards of hospitality and guest care I expected from your hotel. Clean and hygienic rooms along with proper emergency support are fundamental. I request that you look into these concerns seriously and ensure this does not happen to future guests. Thanks.

Ok starting of with the first thing if anyone seeing this review do book somewhere else it is not the property to stay because in this price range u will get far more better options. 1.)The food most horrible experience the quality,shitty literally the food was stinking bad and not only my review the other guests were facing the same shit. 2.)The service also horrible we were not getting towels in room service any other we booked 6 rooms. 3.)At the end we asked for checkout we had like 2 hrs. At the reception waiting,they didn't knew we had paid some in advance they asked for the whole amount that was terrible.
