Easy to find and close to Jingan station exit 12. Very beautiful lobby and great views on the higher floors. Remember to book the breakfast!
I have quick and friendly check in process and there was no trouble at all. They also give me higher floor upgrade with was not expected. The room is slightly older style decoration but it has a huge size bed and larger in space. Cleanliness in spotless.location is just 2 minutes walk to line 7,14 and 2 which already cover most of the destination in shanghai. I want to make a notable person thank you in person, Celine (at the check in counter), I think she is very welcoming and very warm giving a very good experience and first impression when I check in. Major restaurant is about 10 minutes walk and there is a few large shopping mall within 10 - 15 mins walking distance.
The hotel Strongly!!!!! requested me to deposit 6000 RMB from my credit card what is more than my reservation price!!!!In reality I paid a bit less less than 5000 RMB. The reception lady promised the return of my money 1109 RMB in three days. It passed more than two weeks but no any evidence of return . Does Kunlun Jing An hotel plays same game with all guests? I will never return to this hotel and do not recommend to anybody to stay there!
