Thank you for your service and hospitality during our stay at M Gallery Hotel. Members of the team are very polite and friendly especially Ko Y Hlyan Htet. The rooms also have great facilities and the house keepers are very friendly. The front office also provided the best service and they are always welcoming for customers’ needs and concerns.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at MGallery Nay Pyi Taw. The staff was incredibly welcoming and always eager to help, especially Shwe. I appreciated the room upgrade and the spa facilities. The design of the venue, which includes local objects and paintings, added a special touch to my stay. The breakfast was probably the most authentic of all the ones I had in Myanmar. It was delightful to enjoy the local dishes, which were very tasty. Thanks again, I will definitely be back.

I booked a staycation for my brother and his wife as a wedding anniversary gift, fully paid on agoda. On their check out, staff charged them for the room in local currency. The lack of experience on the staff especially the missed communication between staff is appalling. I called the day before their check in to make sure it was a gift and to avoid any of these mishaps. But they still managed to completely ruined their stay and my gesture of their gift. To the management, if you put your hotel on a platform like AGODA, make sure you train your staff to fully understand the system and how it work. Very disappointed. The chaos caused at the morning check out have completely ruined their experience. If you can’t train your staff, don’t use any online platform to promote your hotel.
