The Lake Hotel

We had the pleasure of staying at this hotel during our school trip and our experience was outstanding! We had 80 students aged 16-17 and 5 accompanying teachers. The rooms were spacious, clean and the beds were comfortable. The buffets for the breakfast and dinner were rich, delicious and offered a great variety to suit all our students' tastes. The location was by the lake and the view was breathtaking! Thank you for the wonderful hospitality! We will definitely be back!

Great for a night stay. Check in staff was friendly, room was spacious, car park space was huge and breakfast was excellent. Many food joints nearby and relatively near to Center of Ioannina. We were there in early April. Note that because it’s not summer yet, there is no air conditioning according to the staff, only hot air in the room.

Overpriced,not a five star especially of the way we have been treated.Lack of knowledge of customer experience essentials.Should look into what their competitors offer and base their approach not on how to earn money but how to treat guests with care and professionalism according to the stars they are supposed to have.People that do visit 5 star hotels can know the difference,your guests are not landing in your site without prior experience from other hotels nor are ignorant on when something bad happens how a hotel owner can help them .Watch out prepayments they don’t return money back and don’t have the courtesy to offer alternatives to make you feel better because your kid unexpectedly got sick…I am so regretful to have booked in this hotel and lost trust in people’s empathy….
