The Lake Hotel Tagaytay

Stayed here for an overnight out of whim. Thus, I don't have any expectations whatsoever. However, I didn't expect to have a wonderful experience at this hotel. STAFF and SERVICES : The staff are very polite and accommodating to their guests. They are more than happy to answer any of your queries, show you the room and the amenities (pools, gym, etc.), or take a photo of you. The massage service is worth it, very relaxing. ROOM: I booked their solo room, which is the cheapest one since I'm traveling alone. I thought it would be so-so, but no, it's comfortable, clean, and has everything I need. BUFFET: The breakfast buffet is the only thing that is not as impressive as the other aspects of this hotel. Don't get me wrong, the food is good and they do customize the eggs for your liking. However, the variety of food is a bit lacking for me compared to other breakfast buffets that I've been to. AMENITIES: The swimming pool is so cold (but it didn't bother me since I'm used to cold weather/atmosphere) The gym is okay, but don't expect too much, they do have limited equipment. However, it's enough to complete a routine. They also have a game room besides the gym. Overall, it's a great hotel and I will definitely recommend it to my friends or family.

Had a relaxing and memorable stay! We stayed at The Lake Hotel Tagaytay last January 4, 2025, and had a truly great time. Our room on the 2nd floor had a lovely view overlooking the garden and Taal Lake — a perfect backdrop for a peaceful getaway. One of the highlights was being allowed to stay late at the bar-restaurant past 12am, just chatting and enjoying drinks with friends. It made the experience feel so warm and accommodating. Breakfast was good, but make sure to get there early — some food items can run out if you come a bit late. A nice surprise in the morning was the live piano music; the pianist played so well and it was incredibly soothing to relax on the sofas by the garden with his music in the background. Overall, a great place to unwind. Would definitely come back!

Went here for a post Anniversary, Valentine’s and Birthday celebration. Booked through Agoda for 1 night. We stayed in their newly renovated room and it was so nice 100/10 ⭐️ Had a relaxing stay here. Not too crowded on a Sunday-Monday. Our room overlooked the view of the Taal Lake and it was amazing. Tried the pool as well. They also have an mini entertainment place (Billiards, Ping-pong, gym) Food was 10000/10. Breakfast buffet 💯 Bulalo 💯 Fries Overload 💯 Fruit Shake 💯 Staff were friendly, accommodating, responsive and helpful. Great experience! Will be back definitely ❤️
