The generosity of this hotel and its staff is truly remarkable. They are not only warm and polite but also incredibly thoughtful and attentive, especially when it came to my birthday, they surprised me with a cake without us even mentioning it showing how sensitive and attentive they are to details. These gestures only show how well-trained they are by their management, and it truly shines through. The hotel is not only centrally located but also offers easy access to most attractions and restaurants. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet is delightful. The chef even came around to ask if we enjoyed our meal, which made us feel truly pampered. I highly recommend this hotel for an exceptional experience!

It was excellent services. The food is extremely good. The staffs are genuinely nice and cooperative and the room services and house keeping were also quick and efficient. Excellent services worthy of the money that you pay.

I had a conference of Govt. Of India during 29-30 July 2025. Since I live in Delhi, I reached the place by my own car and had to use the underground parking of this hotel! Let me tell you, the condition of the parking area is absolutely in shambles, totally unsafe and have a lot of space crunch. In addition, the staffs, who were managing the parking area, specially around 11 am on 30 July 2025, were found to be very unhelpful, have absolutely no knowledge on how to speak properly! Had I not been late to the conference, I could have confronted the main staff wearing a uniform (light brown) sitting at entrance of the parking place, but I felt that the staffs only behave well when the administration takes a special initiative to train this people to behave properly! In addition, the overall management of the conference hall as well as the food served during the lunch weren't of good quality!
