Very nice view and room design. Super friendly staffs. Breakfast was ok.
Checked in before 8:30 pm on March 21, 2025. There were very few service staff. There were no service staff to help unload the luggage, and there was no staff in the hotel to guide us into the lobby. It was completely up to everyone to pull the luggage from the tour bus into the hotel by themselves. A guest fell from the escalator. There was no service staff available to rescue immediately. There was a shortage of manpower. It was unbelievable to stay at the Hanbi Tower in Nanjing at twice the price of a five-star or above hotel. You have to ask the staff to find the placement of the meals. There is a problem with the movement of the decorations. The slippers provided in the room are not differentiated between men and women. They are not as good as those in ordinary five-star hotels. It is really a pity to have such good hotel location resources but not be good at planning and using them🥹
