Good place for an escape from the city, service was great. Top notch concierge and front desk service. Brief through the room and facilities. Dinner was good and the waitress were happy and helpful. Well upkeep facilities and the view worth every single dime.
Not a Marriott Bonvoy, but damn if it don’t slap. The views are absolutely breathtaking, especially at dawn with the mist off Sun Moon Lake. An in-room Hot Spring water draw bathtub. Hell yes. Service is beyond 5 Star. My original room had an issue with the power blinds and I had to raise that issue knowing the sun would beam me in like 5 hours of bedtime given the angle of the windows. The result? Presidential Suite (or close to it) upgrade. Granted, off season, and YMMV, but that’s serious customer service. Would definitely return in the future. A++
The architecture is so wonderful as well as the history. The service is top notch by the staff but not as well managed as before. The activities especially the star gazing included is amazing!!!! The instructor is so passionate and inspiring!
