The Lamb Hindon

Me and my partner stayed for 2 nights in the feature boutique which was fabulous, the room was clean, tidy and well maintained, and everything we needed was provided, including lovely smelling toiletries and a Nescafé coffee machine. The air con was a god send for this time of year and ensured we both had a great nights sleep. We booked for dinner and both had the steak from the dry age fridge which was phenomenal, best steak we’d both ever had, and everything else that came with it was delicious too. We also both had a carvery before we set off home which was beautifully presented, tasty and a generous portion. There’s a good selection of beers and cocktails. The managers Ellie and Hayley are so personable and accommodating, it’s clear they love what they do and that they really care about people. Debbie, Teddy and Alex behind the bar were all super helpful and friendly. Everyone made an effort to get to know us and nothing was too much, they were always positive. The vibe in the pub is really great, we enjoyed our stay so much, everything was perfect. The village itself it’s idyllic. Thanks to everyone for making our weekend away fantastic!

Great country pub, wonderful team and a great selection of beer. The food is fantastic, check out the dry ager. I will definitely be returning and its well worth the visit. The rooms are beautiful, you can really see the attention to detail. They have lovely little touches to make your stay cosy and comfortable.

Had a great stop over on our way down to Cornwall, the room was lovely, comfy bed and little touches everywhere you looked. We booked direct and got a complimentary upgrade, how lovely! We dined that evening and my goodness, this is not just pub food this is exceptional pub food!! Piping hot, tasty and well presented, served by the friendliest and chatty team! Then to top it all off a beautiful breakfast. Thank you Team Lamb! We’ll see you again on our way back to London.
