The Landing Hotel at Rivers Casino & Resort

The landing hotel is a very modern, clean hotel. The views of the Mohawk River are peaceful from various rooms Ihave stayed in. My negative on the building is that it's not ADA friendly. Now it may meet all codes as far as a generous amount of grab bars in the bathroom. However to get to your room by yourself is very cumbersome at best. The doors (maybe need to heavy for fire codes) are difficult to open while in a wheelchair. Also who thought the location of an ADA room for #629 was smart. It's down a very long softly carpeted hallway which will really work your muscles to get there. The lack of a proper amount of disabled parking spots in the casino parking garage isn't a cool thought forever designed this place.

Too noise and hot from the compressor outside of my window. I were told that’s the last room they have, which I booked weeks ago directly from the landing hotel. No drinking water, and no coffee machines in the room as well. No view and too expensive. The cleaning lady told me, they lies about no more room, she said some Chinese gamblers got really nice room. I believe this place will give you nice room if you got the room from the casino

🚨DO NOT STAY HERE 🚨This is the worst hotel in history. We called to cancel a previously booked reservation, which they said they canceled for us. They never refunded our card and when we called to get a refund, they are now accusing us of a “no show.” We have records of the phone call and they do not care. Their customer service team is incompetent and this business is a scam.
