The service was professional and the best. They kindly made reservations of the restaurants and tour for us who cannot speak Taiwanese. The breakfast was also great. The place was also the best. The limousine bus stop from the 桃園airport is located in front of the hotel. There are many restaurants around the hotel. I will hoghly recommend the hotel.

The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring that we all got a good night's rest. Breakfast was a highlight every day, offering a wide variety of delicious options to suit every taste. What really stood out was the breakfast staff – they were beyond friendly and always greeted us with big smiles. They had a special rapport with our children, often sharing a joke or a kind word, which made the mornings even more enjoyable. Their warmth and hospitality truly set the tone for our entire stay. The room was clean and comfy, with all the basic services I needed. The breakfast buffet was quickly served, and the staff were attentive. It's a bit outside the city center, but that means it's nice and quiet at night. Plus, both the subway and bus stations are just around the corner, so getting around was no problem. You can also easily grab daily necessities nearby. I was a bit surprised to get an email the day before check-in saying that, due to government policy, no bathroom toiletries would be provided — but when I got to the room, there was shampoo, body wash, and hand soap, which turned out to be enough.
