I really enjoyed my stay at this charming hotel. It has a timeless, old-fashioned elegance that you don’t find often these day; beautiful architecture, tasteful decor, and a peaceful, refined atmosphere. Everything feels thoughtfully preserved yet comfortable. One of the real highlights was the breakfast. Easily one of the best I’ve had anywhere - fresh, varied, and beautifully presented. Whether you wanted a classic cooked breakfast, lighter options, or something a bit more indulgent, it was all there and done to a very high standard. Highly recommend for anyone who appreciates a touch of vintage charm and great attention to detail.
The Landmark Hotel in Bangkok is great. The front staff have great customer service and are very helpful, especially one individual in particular, I forget his name. Every time I walked into the hotel, security saluted me and/or greeted me. It’s the perfect location right next to BTS. Also, it’s walking distance to shops, restaurants, hospitals, etc. I loved that fact that this hotel had a legit full-size gym with equipment. It’s rare that hotels have an adequate gym and this hotel gave access to an amazing gym with a towel service. The room did seem a bit dated and/or needed minor maintenance but again front desk staff was always helpful and offered solutions. I would stay here again and recommend it.
I have stayed at the Landmark quite a few times over the last 15 years and have never received anything but good service. The thing I like here is that good service is incorporated from top to bottom. You will even receive a welcome from the security guards at the bottom of the driveway. I stayed in an Executive Suite for a change and it was extremely spacious. Do be aware that some of the Suites are not upgraded yet. I checked into one of the older ones but was moved without fuss. The lounge on the 31st floor was a great way to have breakfast with good views over the city and the staff were very pleasant. The pool could do with some updating but the staff were great and the food good. Lastly, no better location for getting around the city. Highly recommended
