We had a great stay at this property in Dec 2024. Entire staff was courteous, responsive and efficient. If we shared any concerns it was promptly resolved. Breakfast buffet was sumptuous. Variations in dinner buffet can elevate the experience. Special shout out to Guddu and his team to make our stay special. I would highly recommend this property as it is value for money.
The star attraction of this hotel is the restaurant Chill. The food and the service is excellent in the restaurant. A very good spread of delicious food. Staff (Priyanshi, Debra, Irfan and others whose names i cannot recall) are very helpful. There is a little scope for improvement in the room service through mainly on inadequate toiletries in the washroom. Slippers or bathrobes are only provided on request - this is something that needs to change considering floors are cold.
had a very good experience. The service was excellent, and the staff were polite and helpful. Rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. Breakfast had good variety and tasted great. We also went for the candlelight music concept, and it was an awesome experience. I really enjoyed the concert-the music was so nice and created a wonderful atmosphere. Overall, a comfortable and memorable stay. Recommended for both business and leisure trips.
