Very nice Hilton. Breakfast was excellent and we appreciated the club lounge too. Staff were fantastic and extremely helpful and pleasant. The gym was huge and very well equipped. The attached spa was fun too. The only real issue I had is the rooms are starting to get a little tired. Furniture was a little shoddy in areas and not really up to Hilton standard. However, I’d stay here again for sure. It’s well located to start and finish your day exploring Cyprus and its towns and attractions.

I had a great stay at Hilton Nicosia during my business trip. The hotel has a calm and relaxing vibe, perfect after a busy day. The staff were all very friendly and professional. Title: Exceptional Service Even in Unexpected Circumstances We recently stayed at the Hilton Nicosia and had a wonderful experience overall. The rooms were immaculate - spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options to suit every taste. Everything was fresh and beautifully presented. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Every member of the team we encountered was friendly, professional, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. During our stay, there was an unexpected gas leak which required the hotel to be evacuated as a safety precaution. While this could have been a stressful situation, the way it was handled was nothing short of impressive. We were kept fully informed throughout, and there was no sense of panic - just calm, clear communication. Staff handed out free water and robes to keep everyone comfortable, and once it was safe to return, we were even offered a complimentary drink as a gesture of goodwill. Credit must go to the manager for how well the situation was managed - it showed real leadership and care for guests. Highly recommend the Hilton Nicosia, both for the quality of the stay and the outstanding service.
