The Lanesborough is hands down the best hotel I have ever stayed at. It truly feels like a seven star experience. From the moment we arrived the service was exceptional. Every single staff member we interacted with was thoughtful, attentive, and made us feel incredibly well taken care of. The attention to detail throughout the property is unmatched. The hotel itself is beautifully designed and feels like a high quality, meticulously built masterpiece. Our suite was absolutely incredible, with a small hallway leading into the room and two bathrooms, which was a total game changer for our stay. Having our own butler was such a fun and unique experience and made everything feel effortless. The food at The Lanesborough Grill was also outstanding. I had the most amazing shakshuka for breakfast and every meal we had was absolutely delicious! If you are looking for a hotel that goes above and beyond in every way, this is it. I cannot recommend The Lanesborough enough!!

This is the best hotel in London, excellent service, you feel welcome every step when you are in the hotel, all the staff are so helpful and friendly. Also I took my dog to stay here, she loved the room and enjoyed her time in the hotel. It is great location for her to go out for a walk as well. I could not recommend enough for people who wants to spend quality time with your love ones.
