The Langham Hong Kong

Excellent position. I was very happy with our room, large, clean and happy to get extra coffee capsules when requested. Arrived via the stairs with large bags but a very quick manager helped with them. Didn't do the breakfast so can't comment. Enjoyed the Chinese New Year dance in the forecourt. Overall, a solid hotel - worth joining their hotel program to get the best price. Spent three nights there. The reception area is pretty busy but our rooms were super quiet.

Great stay at the Langham. Very pleased with the service that was top notch. Everyone was very nice, respectful and helpful. I liked that we can contact them via Whatsapp, I could ask anything or get things for the room. Someone would reply within a few minutes and it would taken care of right away. I also enjoyed the teatime at Palm Court. The teatime set also includes complimentary treats and I could pick anything from their cart. The only thing that I did not enjoy was the breakfast at the Food Gallery. There was a lot of choice and it was okay but nothing tasted really good.

Stayed in late June this year. Excellent service from the staff, well versed in English and very helpful. Rooms were clean and size was great. Really appreciate the large wardrobe in the room, the stable temperature and pressure of the shower and good amenities. There’s a cute fireplace decoration below the TV. Multiple USB ports and sockets available around the room. Multiple port cable to charge your phones available in the drawer of the writing desk. Breakfast spread was good. Continental at the lounge and international at the restaurant behind the lobby. Easy access to the train station which was right opposite the hotel and down the stairs. Very convenient and busy location with multiple shops available near the hotel. Although the view from the room was limited, it was a comfortable stay.
