The Langham Melbourne

We had a wonderful 3-nights stay at The Langham Melbourne. A special thank you to Lia at the front desk, who made us feel truly welcomed from the moment we arrived. She arranged a lovely room upgrade for our wedding anniversary, which made the trip even more special. The river view from our room was absolutely breathtaking. We also really enjoyed the heated pool and jacuzzi. It was relaxing and came with great views of the city. Breakfast was decent with plenty of options, and room service was just as satisfying. Throughout the stay, the staff were very friendly and attentive. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a memorable stay in Melbourne.

Last night reflections staying at The Langham and having our last glass of bubbles in the Club Lounge... what can I say, the staff are everything, if we could adopt them all we would... Meg, Laerke, Alvio, Kina, Mikhail, Unique and Taka... are all so lovely and made our stay such a wonderful experience. We are already planning our next stay 🥂 The customer service was over and above everytime and for everything. They took into consideration our dietary restrictions, learnt our personal preference on where we liked to sit and were always accommodating. The rooms are comfortable and welcoming... The food is exceptional and so is the Diptyque hand wash and body lotion that comes in the executive bathrooms. You come for the rooms and proximity to Melbourne CBD but you stay for the people that serve you so graciously everday 🩷

Definitely treat yourself to breakfast while you are there , well worth the experience. The hotel is classically styled with a very impressive entrance. We had a few problems with our room , safe not working and then noise from a building site nearby and to fair the staff allowed us check out late just because of the hassle we had . Rooftop pool is great for views particularly at night and a great spot to chill out after a hard day sightseeing!
