The Langham Shenzhen

Excellent service and rooms. The team makes an extra effort to make your stay comfortable and there's always at least one person around that speaks English (which isn't the case in most international chain hotels in china). The breakfast and food is great, features a selection of both western and Chinese food and even the bread/baguette/pastries is delicious. This could be my new favorite hotel in Shenzhen. Unfortunately the location isn't walking distance to anything important but it's between both ends of Shenzhen so if you want to see both it's a decent location.

This hotel is the best hotel we ever stayed in. The service level is as good as it gets. The hotel lobby, the public spaces, the rooms, everything is spotless. The staff is extremely friendly and professional. The location is central on a short walk from the metro station and there's always taxis available outside the hotel. We're already looking forward staying there again!

Hardware wise is very nice but software just not there. The service in the business lounge were very slow and forget things. Took the server about 10 minutes to get a coke with ice or simple as a glass of ice water. The breakfast buffet is very good, lots selection and fresh ingredients used. Lots room for improvements for this so call 5 star hotel.
