The Langit Duyong Marina Resort

Honest opinion? Beautiful place, strategic location with good service. Bad side of this? Lack of maintenance, everything looked rundown. The room was very not well maintained. It is a huge room, beautiful view which I can see part of sea from the balcony. The room was not well maintained. Sadly, the pillows and bedsheet smell weird. I can see some stains on it. Bathroom was not clean enough including the 🛀. The hot water was hard to switch off. The tissues smell very damp. The balcony including the chairs and table was very run down. :( swimming pool is very dirty. The water was murky. Wifi was not working! Talked to the reception & they said it was ok. I was okay? I wish the management team can look at this matter because according to Google it is a 4 stars hotel, I feel cheated overall.

I will just say it like how it was. We checked in, and we checked out after half an hour. The room was terrible. The roof leak repaired was growing mould from the other side. And the bathroom ceiling was starting to grow mould. There were wild animal excrements on the balcony, resulting in terrible smell inside the room. The stairs leading up to the room were not really safe and already creaking and loose. The mosquito situation is quite bad. But the staffs. 7 out of 5 stars. 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽 Resort management please do something.

Just checked out today from this hotel. Extremely poorly maintained. Room, bathrooms are in very bad condition. Cleanliness is very bad. You can find trash everywhere. Too many broken parts in the room. The buffet breakfast is a scam! I was only served ala carte mee hoon! Other than the hotel receptionist and a lady in the restaurant, other staff are not that friendly and lack of common respect. The van used for internal transportation is also in very bad shape, more like scrap inside. Never again! Not worth the money at all
