The Langlands Hotel

This Hotel was top notch in every way.....staff super friendly & helpful. My husband had an injury and they assisted in every way. We had dinner in our room and it was delicious. Breakfast was fabulous, great service and very reasonable price. The room was modern, spacious, bright, clean - a delight to stay in. I highly recommend. The location is perfect ....very central !

I have been to 13 hotels so far throughout new zealand. This hotel stands out for cleanliness, quietness, comfortable bed for me, a clean bath tub, an overall practical and well designed room. Wall hangers and mirrors where they should be and light dimmers which is great. The staff are nice and welcoming. Might be a remote town but I truly enjoyed my stay. Plus a vegan room dining option yaay finally!

The customer service is warm, friendly, and outstanding and it really made all the difference and set the tone for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The team who helped us with our bags were so kind and helpful and they made us feel welcome and well cared for.....even the ones taking care of our windscreen in the morning in the carpark, the food delivery team, and the room service is awesome! The room is immaculate, modern, and incredibly comfortable, a perfect space to relax. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully set up, and we genuinely felt at home.The food at the hotel was also delicious too! The whole experience is seamless. Thanks to the lady in the help desk that helped with our room transfer today too! You're the best! The service, comfort, and overall experience truly stand out. We’ll definitely be staying here again!
