The Langstone Quays

Celebrated our wedding anniversary and had a fantastic stay. Fabulous spacious and modern room with a very special touch of a bottle of fizz and muffins on our arrival, thank you. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a great hot and cold selection and evening meal menu was great too. Super location and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Thanks to all the staff.

We stayed for the weekend celebrating our anniversary, we were welcomed by very friendly staff, all our needs were met for our room, although hot a Dyson fan provided which was very good. The food was excellent at dinner and breakfast. Although 2 weddings on we didn't feel pushed out or neglected at all. Overall a lovely weekend which we'd definitely like to do again .

I’ve given it four stars as the staff are great, friendly, attentive and professional. However the hotel is a solid three star hotel with facilities facilities, not four star hotel. If it were advertised as three star plus perhaps, this would set the right expectation. The restaurant and bar area are very pleasant, breakfast is a good standard with again a selection you’d expect at a three star hotel (but again great staff) Rooms are fine but nothing special, it was clean it a bit dated. Exterior is definitely a bit of a surprise when you arrive compared to the advertising, some great photograph and beautiful weather days! Overall I would recommend as the people working there care about the place and the guests, and everything is absolutely fine. It’s just that a four star listed hotel gives an impression that it can’t live up to.
