The Lansbury Heritage Hotel and Spa By Sunday Canary Wharf London

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The housekeeping team was amazing our room was spotlessly clean, and the public areas smelled incredible.. A special thank you to Tania she was incredibly helpful and always greeted us with a warm smile. Her kindness made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

We stayed at this hotel and were completely satisfied with our stay. The room was clean and cozy, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bed linen and towels are impeccable, everything is neat and tasteful. The atmosphere in the hotel is wonderful The location is also convenient We highly recommend this hotel and will be happy to return again. Our friends also

Truly dreadful. They put me in an extremely tiny room, which did not match the room that I had picked out. I complained extensively, but they claimed not to be able to switch rooms the first night. They did, however, put me in an appropriate room the next day. I think the reason they felt this deplorable, deceptive behavior was acceptable was because I had got the room discounted through a third party, and I was only there three nights, concluding about my own trip of about 2.5 weeks in London. It was extremely disruptive and unpleasant to be in such a tiny room, which should really be only be offered at a sharp discount. There was room for the bed - and not much else. If you are looking online and it seems too good to be true, be careful - they may stick you one of these hideous, tiny rooms without warning, if you are not paying premium rates or have a lengthy stay. I had picked out this hotel especially because it seemed to have elegance and a wonderful looking room, with large ceilings. Unfortunately, the room I got was utterly disgusting - large ceilings, but the room was not much bigger than a queen size bed with a small bathroom. Such a waste of my time, as an international visitor. They did not provide me any kind of refund for the night in the tiny room, which did not match what I had selected! Avoid this hotel and find a more reputable establishment if you are looking for a good, memorable experience! It is hard to recommend this establishment when they erode the trust of their guests. This stay was during December 2025.
