The Lapa Hua Hin

Lovely hotel with friendly staff, I could not fault anything! Spent 4 nights here and used the pool area everyday. They have their own 'mini fake beach' by the pool with a few sun chairs which I found better than the nearby crowded beach ☺️ Breakfast was amazing and made the most of Thai food available every morning! Would definitely come here again 🧡

Extremely spacious rooms if a bit dated but extremely comfortable. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. If they replaced all steel wheels on housekee ping carts with rubber ones , would not sound like runaway freight trains:)))

1) Mal management: there is no reception standing by during the night, it took me 4 calls just to ask the room type. I chatted with the securities on a call for this matter, and they know nothing although his service is very good. (But if you are a foreigner, do not expect that they can communicate understandably in English.) 2) I experienced the bad manner from the security, knocking at the door for the late check out. Sure, we are leaving. Reason is my boyfriend doesn’t feel well so it takes time to pack and go, +40 mins. He says “If you are sick, go the hospital.” Uh, no one to train him how to communicate with the people nicely?
