I had the pleasure of being served by Ms. Toni at the restaurant inside The Laura Hotel, and she truly made our dining experience unforgettable. From the moment we were seated, she greeted us with genuine warmth, a bright smile, and the kind of attentive service that instantly makes you feel at home. Ms. Toni anticipated our needs before we even asked, offered thoughtful recommendations, and handled every detail with grace and professionalism. Her energy and hospitality were infectious , she made what was already a beautiful setting feel even more special. It’s rare to find someone who brings such heart and care to their work, but Ms. Toni does it effortlessly. She’s a true asset to The Laura Hotel, and because of her, we’ll definitely be returning. Thank you, Ms. Toni, for turning a great meal into a wonderful memory!

We had an amazing time at the Laura hotel. The staff was amazing from the valet team, front desk staff, housekeeper came to show us how to use the coffee machine and Ms. Toni at the Hull and Oak gave the best service with a warm smile and positive attitude while serving us. The aesthetics of this hotel are so elegant and beautiful and the place was exceptionally clean. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed at the Laura Hotel for N1 of the Cowboy Carter tour. Arriving on Friday to a lobby decorated for the concert really set the tone for an amazing stay! Great job decorating and thinking of different events to hold for guests. The front desk staff was so kind and welcoming. I interacted with multiple front desk staff and never had a negative interaction. I reserved two rooms and both were clean. I had a small interaction with the lady assigned to housekeeping on the 15th floor, she was helpful and nice. Before leaving on Sunday my group had breakfast at Hull and Oak. The hostess did a good job predicting wait times and managing the crowd. Tanisha and Josh did an awesome job taking care of us! Food and service were great. This property is in a good location with easy access to the metro rail. I'd definitely stay here again.
