The Lebak Canggu

I want to start with mentioning the fact that it was my first time Bali and I didn’t know what to expect. Firstly, we arrived at 4am on Saturday but in order to do that check in at that time we needed to rent with one day before so from Friday. I appreciate the professionalism of the staff even at 4am they helped us. The room was small, but the bed was huge and comfortable. Not the cleanest things on the bed still but ok. BUT the bathroom…you really need to do something there. We had hot water for a very short period so we were washing and running out of hot water. You don’t have a window it’s open near the glass and a lot of tiny animals are coming in. Also VERY noisy! If you are very sensitive with your sleep, this is definitely not the best place because you can hear EVERYTHING! Even when is someone passing by your room it’s like they are inside!! Also in the morning everything is cleaning there and you can’t sleep because of the noise but they don’t care and continue to do their thing. What I really liked it was the pool area. Spacious and very clean! The location it’s terrible! I don’t even know if I should recommend you to rent a scooter because seems dangerous in that area . Staff +10 very nice, friendly. I wanted to wash my clothes and I asked someone from there and she said no, but probably she didn’t understood what I asked for, it’s ok. If you’re not sensitive with sleeping and want something relatively cheap and nice I recommend. But please please change that horrible bathrooms…

The hotel was located beside the main road in Canggu, which was both an advantage and a disadvantage. The advantage was that it was easy to access; the disadvantage was that the vehicles on the road were quite noisy. The room was clean, but the bathroom sink, taps, and shower head need replacement since they're already very worn down. Lucky for us, the owner of this hotel noticed the complaint and replaced all of them with brand new ones immediately. The bathtub was OK, but there is not enough hot water for it to be fully filled. The owner needs to replace the water heater with one with a bigger capacity. There was neither a TV nor a refrigerator inside the room, so you needed to go to the communal area for it. The communal area was quite dirty; it definitely needs regular cleaning. There was direct laundry service within the premise, so it's quite helpful for people who want to clean their clothes. The overall experience was good but could be better. 4/5 Star.

Nice place but might need some improvements. Such bathroom and doors also not the best kitchen. We also had someone weird happening such as finding a small poo on top our our bed might have come from animals or maybe a cat as there few cats in there
