The Lenox Hotel Boston

This hotel is situated perfectly next to the Main Street of Boston with cute boutiques and great restaurants. The hotel staff were incredible- as we were leaving, one of the cleaning staff came down to give us our charger that we had left in our room. Overall, the hotel was beautiful, the staff were helpful, and the city was easily accessible. I will definitely recommend!

This is a 4 star hotel that masquerades as a 5 star hotel. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff are very friendly, very helpful and go above and beyond with little things, like mailing a post card. The staff recommendations for restaurants, places to see were all excellent. Just a wonderful place to feel appreciated.

Had a great time here. The staff was very professional. The rooms were clean. The lighting was a bit subdued, but I actually liked that. The only minor gripes I had were that the morning coffee didn't taste too good, and the bananas by the front desk were a bit old. I would definitely stay there again. Loved it!
