The Lerina Hotel Nusa Dua

⭐⭐⭐⭐ (4/5) Comfortable hotel with a great location! I stayed at this hotel for one nights and overall had a good experience. The location is excellent—very strategic and close to the city center n airport , making it easy to get around. The room rate was standard and matched the facilities provided. The room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped for a short stay. What I appreciated most was the breakfast selection, which offered a good variety—from local dishes to international options. The staff were friendly and check-in was fast. A great option for both business trips and short holidays. I’d consider staying here again next time I visit the city.

Stayed here for 3 days 2 nights during Nyepi, starting from check in they were available until 3 am which was good news because I came home from work at 00.00 for the room it was very comfortable and clean, quite complete with all the amenities available. Then for breakfast they didn't have too many choices but I think every day there will be a different menu, and for the taste of the food it was amazing, especially penne marinara, dori chili salt, shrimp, sauted vegetable and many more very comfortable on my tongue. They also have billiards to play then, also a pool that is not too big but comforting for just relaxing or swimming, but strangely they don't provide special towels for swimming and if you want to ask for a towel you have to ask for the one in the room and bring it to the room very impractical. We couldn't try dinner because it was too late they closed early because at that time is Nyepi. We spent a lot of time in the room because they provided different 24-hour movies. Just need to improve the quality of the wifi, it's very bad in the room, strangely outside the room like the rooftop the wifi signal is good, really appreciate their efforts to fix the wifi quickly when we call, even though the signal is still bad but it's okay. Don't forget that all the services from the employees here are very friendly and helpful, from security, receptionist, housekeeping, waiter&waitress was so lovely. So far we have really enjoyed every moment in this hotel, highly recommend this hotel, thank you y'all.

The hotel looks impressive in the photos, but in reality it’s quite "tired" and definitely in need of renovation. However, for the price, it’s a good value. Breakfast was varied and fresh during our two-day stay. The staff were wonderful — thank you for the warm hospitality!
